I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel during my summer tour in Austria and Germany and I was quite impressed with this place. The location was absolutely perfect, just across the square, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding area. The hotel provided excellent service, from room service to housekeeping, ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. I also appreciated the little extra touches, such as a welcome drink upon arrival and the availability of pet amenities for those traveling with furry friends. Additionally, the hotel had a variety of facilities and amenities, including a spa and wellness center with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, allowing me to truly relax and unwind during my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Had the best time over the new year with my partner. the breakfast was amazing, with a range of food that had us both stuffed every morning. , we loved the location being right next to the party that was happening and we didn't have to go far to enjoy the fireworks. A bonus was the free access to the spa which was definitely needed after two nights of partying.
Our room was a little bit small, and the shower had some drainage problems which were a bit frustrating. Plus, the parking was not ideal as we had to park in an overpriced car park down the road which wasn't ideal given the long walk back to the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for a few days and I had a great experience. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the underground access to the spa, and the location was perfect as it was just across the square. The staff was very kind and friendly and the cleanliness was outstanding. Moreover, I enjoyed the rich breakfast that was served every morning.
Hard to think of anything.

Located near a great thermal spa, this hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. For those who don't mind paying extra, the sauna area across the square is well worth a visit for a relaxing break.
It can be a challenge to find onsite parking, and the wifi reception is poor.

My new year stay at this hotel was amazing. the spa facilities were top-notch and located just a short walk away. the quiet atmosphere helped me to relax and recharge my batteries for the new year. the staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a cozy and homely feeling. the complimentary breakfast was sumptuous, and I loved the variety of dishes on offer. Plus, the balcony in my room had picturesque views of the surrounding mountains and was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.
The hotel lacks nightlife as it shuts down quite early, so I had to go further into town to find something to do after dinner. the Wi-Fi was not strong in some areas of the hotel, which made it tough to stay connected at times.
